The Country Manager and his missions
As part of the launch of MyDigitalCompany's activities at the international level, as part of a passionate, highly motivated and dynamic team, we are looking for Country Managers, in all regions of the world.
Reporting to the Group's Director of Operations, as Country Manager, you will be free to act as the true Business Developer in your region and will be responsible for launching, marketing and growing MyDigitalCompany's business in your country (or your area).
You will participate in the development of the project and will be totally free to bring your ideas and opinions to install the solution in your area.

Your tasks will be:

Business Development
The mission will be to conquer markets and customers, establish partnerships and transform opportunities into business.

  • Study of the specific problems and needs of entrepreneurs in the region, analyzes and feedback in order to put in place appropriate ideas and solutions.
  • Returns lead feedbacks to implement solutions that meet their needs.
  • Definition and implementation of the development and prospection strategy to be adopted, taking into account the specific problems and needs of entrepreneurs in the region.
  • Prospecting, tracking prospects and finalizing sales.

Press relations

  • In collaboration with the Press Relations Officer, writing press releases and press kits intended for the various media, classical and digital (bloggers, influencers) of the region.
  • Creation of press files, blogs and websites where these releases will be sent, communication with important influencers to develop visibility.
  • Journalism relays and responses to journalists, bloggers and influencers.

Social Media Management

  • In collaboration with the Social Media Manager, participation and animation of the Blog and the various social networks Facebook, Twitter, etc., in order to communicate towards the targets of the region.
  • You will imagine innovative operations to increase these communities and increase awareness of our activities in the region. You will find the right strategies to develop our visibility on these social networks.
  • You will analyze the reports to optimize and improve this strategy and these techniques, as well as the reputation of MyDigitalCompany in your area.

Implementation of the partnership and affiliation program in the region

  • Your mission will be to identify and deploy strategies for sourcing new affiliates and partners in your region, partners likely to propose the solution to their networks.
  • Identification of opportunities and implementation of strategies to contact them.
  • Establishment of communication operations to promote MyDigitalCompany to new partners.
  • Prospecting and recruiting new partners.
  • Management of their training, in collaboration with the technical support and the Director of Operations of the Group.
  • Track their results to advise them to grow their earnings.
  • Monitoring the quality of service of partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • By definition, you know your region and your market better than us, so you will be totally free to bring your ideas and suggestions to put in place the strategies and solutions that will develop and market the MyDigitalCompany solution in your area.
